The Minister for Foreign Affairs L.Bold received Mr Dago Tshering, the Special Envoy of the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bhutan, on April 26.
Mr Bold thanked the Special Envoy and accompanying him delegates for coming to participate in the CoD conference. He also congratulated Bhutan on gaining successes in the democracy and said Mongolia is ready to share experience with Bhutan and to cooperate with it in spreading the democratic education and values.
In response, Mr Dago Tshering said he is satisfied with his country’s successes in the democracy and added that he is glad to share with Mongolia an experience in strengthening the democracy.
Mongolia and Bhutan are similar in some ways and share common values, and this serve as the ground for developing the relations and cooperation, the sides noted, “Mongolia is interested in creating a political trust and understanding with Bhutan and in developing ties in the culture, tourism and agriculture sectors”.
After this the sides touched upon matters related to opening of the international research center of landlocked countries.
